Warrantedtrendal provides professional lawn care and maintenance services including but not limited to:

  • Lawn mowing and trimming
  • Fertilization and weed control
  • Aeration and overseeding
  • Seasonal cleanup services
  • Irrigation management
  • Other lawn care and landscaping services as agreed upon

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

Service Agreements

All services are provided subject to a written or verbal agreement between you and Warrantedtrendal. Service terms, pricing, and schedules will be specified in your service agreement. By requesting our services, you agree to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards. Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

  • One-time services: Payment is due upon completion of service
  • Recurring services: Payment is due according to the schedule in your service agreement
  • All prices are subject to change with prior notice

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice to us. Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • For recurring services, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled service
  • Cancellation of prepaid services may be subject to refund policies as outlined in our Return Policy
  • We reserve the right to cancel services for non-payment or violation of these terms

Service Guarantee

We strive to provide high-quality lawn care services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may provide service corrections at our discretion.

Property Access and Safety

By engaging our services, you grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing lawn care services. You agree to:

  • Ensure safe access to your property
  • Notify us of any hazards, obstacles, or special conditions on your property
  • Keep pets secured during service visits
  • Remove or secure personal items that may interfere with service

We are not responsible for damage to items left in service areas unless such damage is directly caused by our negligence.

Weather and Uncontrollable Circumstances

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Services may be rescheduled at our discretion in such circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Warrantedtrendal's liability for any claims arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Warrantedtrendal or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

User Conduct
