- Recurring Services: For weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring services, please provide at least 48 hours notice before your next scheduled service appointment.
- One-Time Services: For one-time services, please provide at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled service date.
- Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency.
Refund Policy for Services
Since we provide services rather than physical products, our refund policy is as follows:
Completed Services
Once a service has been completed, refunds are generally not available. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns and may offer:
- Service correction or re-performance at no additional charge
- Partial or full refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances
- Credit toward future services
Prepaid Services
If you have prepaid for services that have not yet been performed:
- Full Refund: You may receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the first scheduled service.
- Partial Refund: If you cancel after services have begun, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused portion of prepaid services, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
- No Refund: If services have been completed, no refund will be provided unless there is a quality issue as described above.
Service Packages
For multi-visit service packages:
- If you cancel before any services have been performed, you will receive a full refund.
- If you cancel after services have begun, you will receive a prorated refund for unused services, calculated based on the number of remaining visits in your package.
- Any discounts applied to package pricing may be adjusted in the refund calculation.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Processing time may take 5-10 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.
- You will receive confirmation via email once the refund has been processed.
No-Show and Missed Appointments
If we are unable to perform a scheduled service due to circumstances on your property (e.g., locked gates, inaccessible property, pets not secured, etc.):
- You will be charged for the scheduled service
- We will attempt to contact you to reschedule
- Repeated no-shows may result in service cancellation
Weather-Related Cancellations
Services may be cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions:
- We will attempt to contact you to reschedule
- No charges will apply for weather-related cancellations
- Prepaid services will be rescheduled, not refunded, unless you specifically request cancellation
Our Right to Cancel
We reserve the right to cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or late payment of fees
- Violation of service terms or agreements
- Unsafe or hazardous conditions on your property
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff
- Repeated access issues preventing service delivery
If we cancel services for these reasons, refunds will be provided only for unused prepaid services, and any outstanding balances must be paid.
Service Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service:
- Contact us within 48 hours of service completion
- We will inspect the work and address any legitimate concerns
- We may provide service corrections, refunds, or credits at our discretion
This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, pest damage, or pre-existing lawn conditions.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a dispute regarding charges or services, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Chargebacks may result in service cancellation and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
